This flexible cable grommet is a 3D-printable OEM replacement part for Mercury and Mariner 4-stroke outboard motors (75 to 115 horsepower) with a wet sump system. It ensures a snug, watertight seal for cable pass-through, just like the original part.

Designed for printing with TPU filament, it offers excellent flexibility and durability for marine use.

• Material: TPU (Shore 95A recommended)

• Infill: 20%
• Top/Bottom Layers: 5
• Supports: Yes (Tree)
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm or larger
