3D Printed Antenna Adapter for mounting a weBoost Overland Antenna to 1530 Extrusion Racks

Mount your weBoost Overland antenna securely to a 1530 aluminum extrusion rack with this custom-designed adapter! Perfect for overland rigs, this rugged, field-tested bracket works seamlessly with the weBoost Overland mounting system and provides a sturdy attachment point to the 3" face of a 1530 series extrusion.

  • Purpose-Built Design: Matches the bolt pattern of the weBoost Overland mounting bracket on one side and the 3" (76mm) face of 1530 extrusions on the other.
  • Durable and Strong: Printed in PETG Carbon Fiber filament for strength and weather resistance. Also tested successfully with standard PETG filament for over a month under regular use.
  • Optimized Fit: Top holes are 8mm in diameter (supports up to M8 screws); back mounting holes are 10mm in diameter for robust fastening.
  • Modular and Versatile: Allows your antenna to be folded down while driving or positioned upright when parked for optimal signal reception.
  • Efficient Print: Uses ~125g of filament and prints in about 4 hours on a BambuLab A1 or A1 Mini.
