 Kabuto #140
"Kabuto is a Pokémon that has been regenerated from a fossil. However, in extremely rare cases, living examples have been discovered. The Pokémon has not changed at all for 300 million years." ~Pokemon Sapphire Pokedex entry
After finding the Kabutops skeleton your team kept digging and discovered a nest of hundreds of perfectly preserved (well, with some cracks) Kabuto fossils. While you were digging up more and more specimens, the interns started piecing together the fossilized remains and recorded their findings in their field notebooks (assembly instructions included).

This puzzle, composed of 8 parts, is smaller (47 g, 60.7g for kit card) and simpler than my previous fossil puzzles. Though it's small enough to fit on an A1 mini and print your own personal army, the model can be scaled up in BambuStudio to as big as your print bed can handle!  As always, I've provided a separate print profile with spare parts that can be printed individually in case they are lost or break. The spare parts print profile also contains something extra fun: Flexi leg joints! If you'd prefer to add some flexibility to your puzzle, simply replace the Front and Back Leg Anchor  pieces with the Flexi Leg Anchor.
Pro Tip: If the Leg Anchor piece connections are too snug, try sanding off (or carefully shaving off with a knife) the support interface as sometimes support material can stick to the model after support removal
Filament Warning: Use dry, high quality filament when printing this model. some of the smaller intricate parts struggle to stick to the bed if the filament is wet. Print in PETG at own risk, the tolerances are optimized for PLA but depending on which PETG you use the pieces may still fit together. The kit card connectors are also more fragile in PETG and are difficult to remove from the print bed without breaking.
