Benchy holder for IKEA SKADIS

Description:

In need of a quick and easy way to store my benchy's/color samples I designed this snap-in benchy holder for the IKEA SKADIS pegboard.

It simply just snaps into the slots in the pegboard and are easy to remove if needed.

My pegboard is rotated 90 degrees from normal mounting position to fit on the wall, but i also designed holder for normal pegboard mounting position.

1 model for normal mount with slots in vertical direction.

1 model for 90 degrees rotated mount with slots in horizontal direction.

The benchy is hanging in the smokestak in the mount and can be rotated 45 degrees in each direction.

Print instruction:

PLA or PetG

0.20 layer hight

Infill 15%

Use supports on the snap lock part and in horizontal position remember to add support between the snap parts (I used PrusaSlicer 2.4.0 paint on supports with great succes. It was really easy to remove).

On the roadmap:

Snap-in signs with text (PLA, PetG, ABS, TPU etc.) to mount next to a set of benchy holders.
