Small Planter with Water Tray

Smaller version of a Planter with Water Tray.

The original has 80 ribs, while this version has 60. The height of the saucer has also been adjusted to a suitable level. The wall thickness is the same as in the larger version. This allows you to scale the model down significantly without the gaps between the ribs becoming too small, while still maintaining sufficient wall strength even at a smaller size.

You can pour the water directly onto the tray, from which it flows into the pot, or if you pour into the pot, the excess water will drain onto the tray.

Note that due to the overlap of the ribs, when pouring water on a tray, be careful not to flood the water. Pour into several grooves a bit like swiping horizontally. If you want, you can scale the pot like 1 or 2 % smaller to create a better water flow to the tray.

If you use a growing pot inside, make sure the size of the model before printing. The bottom is moderately narrow. Scale if needed.
