L/XL Square Tips for Glue Mate 450

These tips are designed for the Glue Mate 450, but they might also work with smaller models like the Glue Mate 150 — though that hasn’t been tested yet. If you own other models and try them out, please share your experience with the community!

For reference, the OEM tip opening measures approximately 5.5 mm long by 2 mm wide. The L version has an opening of 7.5 mm by 2 mm — about a 35% increase. The XL version is even larger at 8.7 mm by 3.5 mm, which is roughly 178% bigger than the original.

Besides the increased flow, it’s also handy to have a few spares around in case the original tip gets worn out or goes missing.

Print settings

• Print upside down, with a brim, and without supports. Any amount of infill should suffice, as the model is almost entirely exterior walls anyway.
• Plugs – print flat on the build plate.
