Custom Rigid Case for iPhone 15 Pro

This is my custom rigid case for the iPhone 15 Pro, developed through multiple designs, print, and test cycles to achieve the ideal balance of protection, style, and functionality.

It fits the phone snugly, with accurate buttons, ports, and camera cutouts. The case features slightly raised edges for screen and lens protection, and it’s optionally compatible with MagSafe (simply insert a magnetic ring before final assembly ).

One of the standout features is its modular design: the buttons and the camera protection frame are printed separately. This improves print quality and allows you to mix different colors or materials for a fully custom look.

Printing Tips:

• Recommended materials: PETG 
• Layer height: 0.16 mm or less
• Infill: 20–30%
• No supports required
• Print buttons and camera ring separately for best results

Assembly Instructions:
After printing all parts, insert the separately printed buttons into the designated tabs on the inside walls of the case. Apply a small drop of superglue (cyanoacrylate) to the contact point between and its corresponding tab—just enough to hold it in place without compromising flexibility.

Hold each button in position for a few seconds until the glue sets. Make sure they remain clickable and aligned with the phone’s actual buttons.
The camera protection ring must also be glued.

Tip: Test the button fit before applying glue to avoid misalignment.
