Brussels food bin trash bag holder

I’ve created two adapter plates designed to better secure the orange food waste bags in the round trash bins commonly used in Brussels.

Please note that these adapters are likely only compatible with the older, rounder bin models—not the newer, more squared versions.

The design isn’t perfect yet; a small adjustment to the lid is needed so the back adapter plate (the one with the smaller hooks) fits more securely and the lid can still close properly. see the 5th picture.

Also, keep in mind that durability might be a concern. I initially printed mine in PLA, but the hooks broke after a few months of use. For better strength, I recommend printing in PETG or a more robust material.
