Version 2: Changed the shape of the slot in which the linear bearing slides. This should help with the sagging issue. If you still have problems you may have to tighten the screws a bit more. If the drawers are still sagging please leave feedback in the comments.
So you finally gridfinitied your Ikea Alex but now you can't pull the goddamn drawer out all the way.
Replace your Ikea Alex side drawer boards to finally get full-extension drawers. The mod is only for the top 2 drawers for now.
Is much filament used? Yes
Is it still worth it? Yes I definately think so!
Use the disassembly tool. This makes things much easier. Also only tighten very slightly and cut excess screw lentgh, otherwise the drawer will be blocked.
