Updated P1S Plug - Flush Fit

Simple, clean design and fit.

• Flush fit - doesn't snag the glass when I take it off
• Tapered the body to help get a nice tight fit

I would use the print profile starting with the word “Updated”. I adjusted the size so the nominal size insert should fit nicely, but there's also 2 sizes smaller and 3 sizes larger that are scaled in 2% increments. This should allow you to find a perfect fit. A perfect fit for me is a little snug so I need a few gentle taps with my rubber mallet to get the plug seated flush in the hole.

Recommendations for installing. Try the different sizes until you find one that pushes in with a little resistance. Then use your finger or rubber face hammer to tap it down flush. 

Print with a .2mm or .4mm nozzle, nothing larger.

I would recommend printing in PET or ABS due to their heat resistance over PLA.
