Boost MeI design most of my prints when presented with a problem or find an issue that hasn't been solved by someone else already on maker world.
Also, I always endeavour to amend my designs if presented with a good idea or request.

This all takes time and sometimes lots of prototyping which comes out of my own pocket. So any boosts are enormously appreciated!

Firstly - apologies for the mixed colour images, I've been using leftover filament for the prototypes to clear out space!

Obviously you can use whatever colour(s) you like.

Fully modular pet steps with no limit as to the number you can add.

Individual step height fully adjustable - simply scale the Z axis.

If you wish to make the steps wider and deeper simply adjust the X and Y axis (with uniform scale selected) - then adjust the z axis with uniform scale turned off if you wish to adjust the height. Ensure you apply the same adjustment to all steps.

You can assemble layer by layer (bottom up) or step by step.

Note - assembling layer by layer is significantly easier.

Simply slide the male section of the side joint into the female section GENTLY on the adjoining block. Ensure the block is flat when you attempt to join and do not force otherwise they will get stuck. The fitting is meant to be snug to keep the steps stable.

Once you start on the 2+ layer simply slot the socket of the upper piece onto the pin of the lower piece.

Made from PLA and very sturdy (can take my weight of 85kg without breaking). If you wish for more strength simply increase the infill %.

You can make approximately 7 steps per 1kg spool of filament at the default settings to keep the cost down (printing fully infilled blocks is VERY heavy on filament).

Comment if you would like fully infilled blocks designing as I could alter the design very quickly).

Ensure you start with the first step (plate 1).

Then simply use the remaining 3 plates in combination (plate 2 for the base, plate 3 for a middle layer(s) (if needed) then the plate 4 for the top piece for the top step. I have not tested the middle layer without supports, but for the small amount of filament it uses I feel it is the safer option to use.

Note: The images of the larger steps attached re use some of my prototype pieces to save on filament, any holes etc are not in the final design. The final design connects both horizontally and vertically to adjacent blocks.
