Description

This Compact, 3D-Printed First Aid Kit is built with rugged terrain in mind,

Designed for Outdoor durability, the tough shell protects essential supplies while staying lightweight and portable.

A dedicated side hole allows for easy carabiner attachment, making it simple to clip onto a backpack or belt for quick access on the trail.

whether you're hiking, camping, or just out exploring, this kit is a reliable companion for outdoor safety.

Assembly Instructions:

This rugged First Aid Kit is designed for secure closure and outdoor reliability. The enclosure is assembled using six M3 x 30mm screws, ensuring a tight, durable fit between the lid and the main container.

A custom seal channel is included in the print design, allowing you to print a flexible TPU gasket that fits into the lid groove. This seal enhances water resistance, keeping your medical supplies protected from dirt, moisture, and the elements.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Print the TPU seal separately and press it into the designated groove in the lid.

  2. Align the lid with the container, making sure the screw holes are properly matched.

  3. Insert the six M3 x 30mm screws and tighten evenly .

  4. Attach a carabiner through the built-in side hole for easy carrying on your backpack or belt.

Printing Recommendations:

  • Material: Use PETG or ABS for the main body for better heat and impact resistance.

(I've printed in PLA for demonstration purpose)

  • TPU: Print the seal using flexible TPU filament for the best sealing performance.

  • Supports: It is only required for the logo and is easy to remove

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm for best balance between detail and strength.
