Description
This Angle Setting Gauge/Jig can help you easily the tool rest for a bench grinder or low speed grinder at one of 4 settings: 20°, 25°, 30°, 35° to grind bevels on your chisels, plane irons, or other tools with steel blades.
Included in the Angle Setting Gauge is a bevel angle-measuring feature. Simply GENTLY butt up your tool bevel to one of the 4 angles to find out which bevel angle your tool is currently set at.
Lines are spaced on each side at 1/8 inches (3.175 mm) to roughly measure the thickness of your chisel or blade. Register the gauge at half the thickness of your tool on the grinding wheel while setting the tool rest to ensure the angle is set your thickness.
Printing in PLA with no issues.
