Sleep button with NFC tag for iPhone

This is a ‘sleep button’, for use with the Shortcuts app on iPhone. Directions for assembly and setup are as follows -

1. You'll need an NFC tag - here is the one is used https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DPGZGPGW?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1
2. Print the model, and add the NFC tag during the pause - make sure it's the correct way up!
3. Once printing has finished, follow the steps below to set up your automations…

Turn off all your lights, set a house alarm, put your phone into sleep mode?

• Open “Shortcuts”
• Press Automations at the bottom
• Select the + symbol at the top right of the screen
• Scroll down or search for “NFC”
• Press “Scan” and then tap the middle of your sleep button
• Name your automation “sleep”
• Select “Run Immediately”
• Search for “Set Focus”
• Select option “turn” “sleep” “on”

Add automations for Hue lights to switch off lights, set your home alarm or send a message to a loved one to say goodnight.
