Snap-Fit Round Air Vent Cover 125-135mm

This is a custom-designed round air vent cover with integrated springy snap-fit clips for quick and tool-free installation. It's perfect for covering ventilation holes in walls, enclosures, or furniture, where easy removal and reinstallation might be needed.

The vent features fixed horizontal slats for airflow while preventing larger debris from passing through. The four flexible snap-fit arms securely hold the cover in place from the back side of the panel, making it ideal for panels with limited front access.

Print settings recommendation:

• Material: PLA, PETG or ABS
• Layer height: 0.25 mm
• Supports: between springs and front plate
• Orientation: Print face-down (with the snap clips upward) for best results
• Infill: 10% is sufficient

Notes:
Designed to be functional and easy to print. If you want to tweak the clip strength, simply scale the model slightly on the Z axis or adjust the arm thickness in your slicer or CAD software.
