JuanMakes Helmet Hanger (V2)

Here is the newest version of my Floating Helmet Hanger Design.

This a Fast single plate, minimal design that requires ZERO SUPPORTS and can be printed in less than 3 Hrs.

This helmet hanger has 2 versions available here. 

1. The base version - features a tilted cap to better position your helmet for display and a Sturdy mounting base with easy to access screw holes to position your mount to the wall.

    

2. The Adjustable Version - Features additional blocks to customize your mount to fit larger helmets with ease. Just print additional blocks as needed for a custom fit. 

    

   (Keep in mind every printers tolerances vary so test print a few of the test block before commiting to the full plate)

Please be sure to do the following.

1. Point the top cap arrow to the front during assembly and use glue on and pieces as needed. 
2. Add a small piece of packing foam glued to the top of the puck may be needed for some helmets to balance better without sliding around. 

Best Settings during testing were as Follows.

1. Default 0.4mm Nozzle settings
2. 0.2mm Layer height
3. 4 walls
4. 8% Gyroid infill 
5. NO Supports needed
