改良前一代缺失
不同廠商耗材軸沒有一樣
所以改良可以調整Z高度
將工具放於AMS蓋
如下圖

第一次
需先校正工具的高度
放全新的耗材
調整高度
將FULL的兩個紅圈處和線材對齊
螺絲鎖緊

線必須要整齊
若不整齊線軸耗材會更粗

導致預估失準
如下圖就是線軸不整齊會比整齊看起來更大
左邊不整齊右邊整齊
(都是剛放進入全新的料)

工具使用技巧
視線角度太高或太低
會造成誤差偏大
如下圖

當黑線在上面
代表視線太低

當你看到白線比黑線高
代表視線太高

需調整視線高度讓黑白準星和耗材
成一直線
如下圖
