Description

This is for an MMDVM duplex hat for a standard Raspberry Pi.  I've tested this with a Raspberry Pi 4, but think they are a standard form factor.

This is a press-fit enclosure that doesn't require any hardware.

It's made for a 20mm x 20mm x 10mm fan.  I used this one on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08MKVSKR6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

My MMDVM hat had an available ground and +5V that I wired the fan to.  There is some noise, but it's not too bad.  So far it keeps the temperature under 100F.

I've printed it in both PLA and PETG with both turning out well.

Because it's press fit, you need to have a decent calibration.  This is the first mutliple part press fit I've done, so feedback on success or challenges would really be appreciated.

Boost MeI do this to learn and have fun.  If you find this is valuable, giving me feedback, ratings and boosts will keep me creating and sharing.  Thanks!  73's
