Latch Slide lock (open closed position lock mechanism)

Reliable and strong Latch Slide Lock created using a compliant mechanism.
You can choose between wall-mounting with screws or adhesive like glue and between three different aesthetic “Pin” options.

Printing tips:

The "Slider" component is recommended to be 3D printed with rigid materials like PLA, while other parts can be printed with PLA, PETG, or similar materials.

The mechanism operates smoothly and decisely even without lubricants, however if desired, i reccomend not to use WD40 as it may increase friction with PLA polimer.

Assembly tips:
It is very difficult to remove the “pin” once inserted, so insert it when everything is yet mounted in place.
