We have a few of these Starlight Children's Foundation Switch System's in our Pediatrics dept and they get used heavily. Unfortunately, this means things break, inside there is a USB C cable that allows children to pull the switch out for use but no way to stop the cable from ripping through or disconnecting which then terminates the charging ability. This cable stop allows you to zip tie it around the cable on the inside to stop the cable from having his issue and kids can use the system without issue. I also put a zip tie on the back side to reduce any slipping of the USB C cable for added assurance.
