SIDE TOLERANCE OF 0.4 IS BY DESIGN AS SOME MAGNETS VARY IN LENGTH, THIS ALSO WILL APPLY TO BATTERY DOOR

however internal tolerance for device i used doesn't have any problems and only has button rattle due to 0.5mm gap around the buttons as to not cause friction between some materials, also SIDE GAP OF 0.4MM IS BY DESIGN AS SOME MAGNETS VARY IN LENGTH

TPU INSERT FOR LOWER PORTION OF THE BUTTTONS HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM MAIN PROFILE

 

This is a fully magnetic case utilizing 16  6x2.5mm magnets that I had designed for a friend after looking at some models online

the buttons rattle  a little as to not cause excessive pressure on the board however there is included a grid for tpu that can be inserted to get rid of the sound however I would suggest sanding the button sides slightly as it is tight and I didn't end up using it in the final production

 

printed on a smooth plate and used clear petg for the buttons allows for LED lights to still be visible

 

also the interior of the bottom has been slightly altered to allow for soldering on the back to sit freely without modification.

 

 

Requires some form of glue
