I’m excited to share my ultimate, adjustable eScooter rack designed for 3D printing! This rack is made for anyone who wants to carry groceries, bags, or other gear without sacrificing foot space on their scooter.

✅ Adjustable fit → Works with eScooter running board widths from 13.5 cm to 20.5 cm → that’s 5.3” to 8.1” in inches.
✅ Big cargo space → Room for a sizable box or bag to hold groceries, tools, or gear.
✅ Secure attachment → Add belts or straps on top for extra stability and safety.
✅ Zero foot space loss → Mounted directly behind the handlebar at the bottom, keeping the full running board free for your feet.
✅ Balanced weight distribution → The location near the front keeps heavy loads stable and improves riding comfort.

🛠️ Assembly Details

• Main body consists of 2 large parts.
• Locked together using 2 included 3D-printed threads and nuts (everything 3d printed).
• The only thing you need is some wooden screws and maybe a velcro belt to secure it a little more.
• Simple attachment system for your scooter — easy on, easy off.

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

• Best material: PETG → Strong, durable, weather-resistant.
• Alternative: PLA → Still works, but expect slightly less durability.
• Tip: Use ~15-20% gyroid infill for strength, and consider 5+ perimeter walls.
