Description
Here’s my take on the smallest Benchy you can print with a 0.4 mm nozzle. No mods, no fancy tricks — just regular PLA and some careful tuning.
It weighs only 0.52 grams, prints in about 17 minutes, and still has all the classic Benchy details. Printed at 0.08 mm layer height, with no brim and no supports. Honestly surprised it worked this well.
This might be the absolute limit for a functional Benchy on a stock 0.4 mm setup.
A great micro-print to flex your tuning skills, show off your calibration, or just make people go: “Wait… it actually printed that?!”
Ran this on a well-tuned profile. If your cooling and first layer are dialed in, it should work fine — just don’t sneeze near it.
If you enjoyed the print, consider leaving a like and a comment! It really helps boost its visibility. Thanks a ton, and may your prints always turn out flawless!
