Cup-Holder - Skoda Elroq / Enyaq

Nach dem Umstieg auf den Skoda Elroq habe ich schnell festgestellt: Meine bisherigen Thermobecher passen nicht in die serienmäßigen Getränkehalter – und Alternativen blockieren leider teilweise die Bedientasten. Bei der Suche nach einer besseren Lösung stieß ich auf ein Modell von tes724. Dieses ist zwar durchdacht, aber für meinen Alltag nicht ideal: Ich nutze das mittlere Ablagefach regelmäßig für mein Smartphone und Portemonnaie – mit dem ursprünglichen Einsatz war das nicht mehr möglich.

Daher habe ich eine kompakte Alternative entworfen, die sich auf das Wesentliche beschränkt:
Ein schlanker, präzise gefertigter Cup-Holder, der perfekt ins mittlere Ablagefach passt und sich bei Bedarf schnell einsetzen oder entfernen lässt – so bleibt das Fach im Alltag voll nutzbar.

🛠️ Hinweise zum Druck:

Das Modell wird ohne zusätzliche Befestigung direkt im Fach eingesetzt und durch die Geometrie sowie den Kontakt zur gummierten Bodenmatte gehalten. Daher sind die Toleranzen bewusst eng gewählt – bitte stellt sicher, dass euer Filament gut kalibriert ist und euer Drucker maßhaltige Ergebnisse liefert.

🔧 Empfehlung: Für den Einsatz im Fahrzeug – insbesondere im Sommer – wird der Druck in PETG empfohlen, da dieses Material deutlich hitzebeständiger ist als PLA.

After switching to the Skoda Elroq, I quickly noticed that my existing thermal mugs didn’t fit into the standard cup holders – and most alternatives partially blocked the control buttons. While searching for a better option, I found a model by tes724. While practical in design, it didn’t suit my daily use: I rely on the center storage compartment for my phone and wallet, which no longer fit with that insert.

That’s why I designed a compact alternative that focuses solely on what matters:
A slim, precisely fitted cup holder that fits perfectly into the center console – and can be quickly installed or removed, so you retain full use of the compartment in everyday life.

•    Optimized dimensions and angles for a snug, form-fitting hold
•    Fits cups up to 71 mm in diameter
•    Chamfered edge around the opening for easier insertion
•    Wall thickness of 0.8–0.9 mm at the thinnest points, to prevent holes during printing
•    Seam placement carefully chosen to remain out of the driver’s view
•    Variable layer height for a smoother top surface

🛠️ Printing Notes:

The insert sits in place without any additional fixtures – it’s held by its shape and friction against the rubberized base of the compartment.
Note: Tolerances are intentionally tight. Please ensure your filament is well-calibrated and your printer is capable of producing accurate dimensions.

🔧 Recommendation: For in-car use – especially during the summer – PETG is recommended, as it offers significantly better heat resistance than PLA.
