Benchy Car (For The Maker's Beginner Kit - ZC002)

This motorised 3D Benchy Car construction kit makes use of parts from the Maker's Beginner Kit - ZC002 both to put it together and power it with the included 030 micro DC motor. For Assembly ensure that you take a look at the attached Assembly Video (Found Below).

 

Main Features

Drill Style Slide Switch - Makes it easier to switch the model on and off even with one hand.

Battery Tray - The internal battery tray has been designed as a part of the model allowing for easier replacement of batteries.

Battery Door - Only requires one screw it fasten it securely in place.

030 DC motor mount - No screws required as it is held in place with the plastic and elasticity of the rubber band.

Cable Routing - Enables cables to be routed in the open for easy installation.

Wheel Axles - Printed in specific orientations for minimised friction and optimal efficiency of the 030 motor.

Internal Positioning Braces - Aligns the models top and bottom sections in the correct positions for the screws to be inserted.

Front Wheel Forks - Holds the front wheel and axle allowing for it to turn left and right with one screw for swivel section enabling for desired stiffness on the swivel and a second for attachment to the body.
