Description
Scorekeeper for Baseball Darts or any other game that involves baseball like baseball dice.
I created this scorekeeper because I love playing baseball darts, but wanted a way of keeping track of the score without needing a pen and paper or any other items. It can keep track of the score, both home and away teams, up to 20, what bases the runners are on, the inning, and how many balls, strikes, and outs.
I also designed a case to hold all the pegs for the scoreboard, to keep them together without needing a bag. The case is a friction fit design so no extra parts will be needed to hold the case shut. Just press it shut, and it will stay closed until you pull it apart again.
Depending on the tolerances of your specific printer, the z-seam on the case may need to be sanded down or worked a little to get the friction fit rim to slide nicely. I have not had to sand any that I have printed, but some I did have to move the top on and off a couple times for them to slide nicely. If your clearance seems tight around where the z-seam is, I recommend trying this method before trying to sand the z-seam down.
If you print the plates in order, you will only have to swap one roll of filament in your ams to print all the plates with the color scheme I have. Slot 2 would be replaced with black right after Plate 2 (Storage Case) is printed.
Feel free to have fun with the colors and rearrange any plates if you want. This is the most optimal plate organization for the color scheme that I wanted for my pieces, saving time and money, but requiring parts to be printed on separate plates. If you would rather have less plates, many of the items can be put on the same plate, but would require more filament changes.
