Increased the thickness of one of the tabs to eliminate a gap (see attached photo). The tab should create a very snug fit and is meant to be ground down for the perfect fit for your exact router. use a chisel and a small file for this.
Enlarged the dust port to a 35.5 mm diameter to fit the Bosch VAC005 vacuum hose. This is a common hose size and should be compatible with a wide range of vacuum models from various manufacturers. (also see attached photo)
