Baby Trend Sit N' Stand Cupholder - larger cups

This is a replacement for the cupholder on a Baby Trend Sit N' Stand double stroller. It might fit other Baby Trend strollers, but I can't testify to that.
The reason for designing this was because the original cupholder was too small to hold my wife's water bottle. So I designed a replacement with larger cup holders, and while I was at it, I added as much storage space as possible. You can actually store up to 4 cups in it, or use the center area for phones, snacks, etc.

This is actually the 3rd iteration of this cupholder. I had issues with my previous designs. But so far this latest design it holding up very well. It utilizes 3D printed pins to hold the cup holder to the stroller. The pins are printed as separate pieces so that they can be printed laying down, and have better strength in the long direction.

Printing:
Print one LH, one RH, and two pins. The STLs should be oriented correctly.
I'd recommend PETG, ABS, or some other filament that has good strength and doesn't melt/warp in the sun like PLA might. I used ABS for mine.
3-4 wall loops, and 20% infill should give plenty of strength.
Supports will be needed for the overhang on the cupholder. I've included a 3mf file for those with Bambu Labs printers, to help with the support setup.
Supports are only needed in the areas shown in purple in the supports picture I've included. The rest of the print should bridge just fine.

Assembly:
The RH side will need M4 threaded inserts installed, and connect the two halves with M4x10 countersunk screws.
The pins will simply snap in to the cupholder. I made the pins with very little tolerance on purpose so that it wouldn't wobble too much on the stroller. If your pins won't fit into the cupholder you might need to scale down the pins in the slicer by a few percentages.
There's an additional hole in the bottom of the pin. You can press an M5 insert into this and then install a screw once it's on the stroller to keep it from lifting off if you want to. But so far I've just left mine sitting there with no issues.
