Built entirely from PETG for water resistance and UV durability, the system features stackable growing modules, a submersible pump, and optional full ESPHome + Home Assistant integration. You can choose between battery-powered or USB-powered versions to suit your needs.
There are two primary configurations:
- Battery-powered smart system, with a choice of a two-part modular tank or a sealed one-piece tank.
- USB-powered system, optionally controlled with a Sonoff Micro smart plug for hands-off automation.
🅰️ Battery-Powered Smart System

This fully wireless version runs on a rechargeable Li-ion battery, allowing it to operate independently for weeks at a time. It's ideal for areas without nearby power outlets or where a sleek, cordless aesthetic is preferred.
📦 System Components
1. Base Water Tank (Two Build Options):
- Option 1: Modular Tank – Separate lid and reservoir print, easier to clean and modify.
- Option 2: Sealed Tank – Prints in one piece with internal support structures; sleek but needs support removal post-print.

2. Stackable Growing Modules:
- Function: Hold hydroponic grow media (clay pellets, coco coir, etc.) for herbs and leafy greens.
- Design: Compact, vertical, and interlocking.
- Features: Internal irrigation channels, connect with 6mm tubing (8mm outside)
3. Top Electronics Module (Two Sizes):
- Available in two lid sizes to support both slim and thicker batteries.
- Make sure to measure your battery dimensions before printing or assembly.
