Affix Zero is designed to lift and hold light-duty loads. I validated this locking design works remarkably well with 25 pounds (11kg) however additional weight can slip and fall—sometimes without warning. Beware this design is a functional proof of concept model and I welcome your feedback. Printing this with PLA, strength will depend greatly on the print quality and condition of the layer bonding. Every brand of PLA may perform differently. The profile I uploaded is extra strong and dense, and printed on a Bambu A1 Mini with Bambu Basic PLA, it will work great.

Affix Zero has been designed to work with 4mm paracord. Some lighter cords will always slip and thicker cords will not fit in the lock.
