Bearing cover V4 - P1S, P1P, X1C - helical

this is the new V4 version of the ball bearing dust cover. In this version, I’ve added a hemispherical top to give it a cleaner and more visually appealing design.

For best results, I recommend printing this model with variable layer height, especially for the curved top section. This ensures a smoother surface finish and a more refined look.

If you’re using my print profile, variable layer height is already configured, so no additional setup is needed.

As always, depending on your printer’s tolerances, you may need to slightly scale the model in your slicer. Just adjust the diameter as needed.

The V4 remains efficient in filament use and quick to print.
