High Strength French Cleat Mounts \ Hooks

I wanted some strong French cleat mounts that I could attach to existing things to hang things on my walls. I wanted something narrower than a sheet of plywood. These are about 18mm wide ~¾" and 40mm long or 4". They print on their sides with a concentric top and bottom for max strength. I designed them to print with heavy walls and a rounded inside corner that helps them sit all the way down and doesn't focus the stress in the corner like other designs. The holes have an ID sized to accept common screws. The holes are countersunk to keep the screws from hanging up or scratching things when used as a cleat.  If your screws are too large to thread through the hole by hand then drill them out slightly. They can also be used just as a very strong wall hook if desired. 

For best results please use a long continuous cleat on one side or the other. A board cut at 45 degree angle and screwed to the wall will work fine (see photos).
