MiSTer Case V2

Inspired by NegSol case design:

Integrated DE-10, I/O Board and USB Board into single case. All sides of the case are printed flat to create clean surfaces.

I'm using M3x16 cap head screws on the top. These are the board layers and hardware in order from top to bottom:
M3x16 cap screw
IO Board
M3x14mm male/female brass spacer
DE-10 Nano Board
M3x14mm male/female brass spacer
USB board
M3 nut or M3x8 female/female brass spacer to which I add the silicone covers the DE-10 came with.

UPDATE:

• scottie4442 had requested adding the Audio Port to the USB Side Wall. File with update added
• Added Side plates for USB v2.1, Side with larger SoG switch opening and Longer Buttons with more clearance as requested by CTRFK8
• Light Pipes ID has been increased to Dia 5.6mm. Ensure your printer is tuned and not overextruding resulting in ID falling short. Optionally a 5.5mm drill can also be used to clean any extrusion start seams in the ID to better fit over the LED

UPDATE 1/19/2022: Added Digital I/O Ports

Plate 1 has parts for Analog IO while Plate 2 is for Digital IO.  Remaining plates have variations of parts that other have asked for.
