Helical Gear Fidget Spinners

This is a helical gear fidget spinner 

This can be printed multi colour without an AMS as it is printed as parts and then assembled.

*** Please make sure you are using the latest version of Bambu Studio or the print profile settings will not be set and it may not fit together properly and may not work as expected ***

Assembly instructions 

Start with the frame piece below

Then start putting the 3, 4 or 5 matching gears on on the posts (depending on the spinner you have printed)

Put one of the posts with for the centre gear in place from the bottom

Put the centre gear in place 

Press the gear onto the post. This will need a little bit of force.

Put the other frame piece loosely on the top and add the second gear post

Press the 2 posts together into the centre gear

Now squeeze each of the frame parts together in turn working around the fidget spinner. 

Again this may require a little force as this is a tight friction fit. 

Once it is together it should spin freely
