Print Instructions:
- Use a 0.2mm nozzle and 0.06mm layer height for optimal tactile accuracy. Larger settings may appear acceptable visually but will not provide a readable Braille surface.
- Gently sand the Braille dots with fine-grit sandpaper after printing to remove sharp edges and enhance finger readability.
- Use matte filament to meet ADA requirements for non-glossy surfaces.
- When printing multiple signs, consider using print sequence: "by object" to improve adhesion and reduce the risk of layer shift or detachment during long prints.
