Knipex Plier Holder 86-03-125

This holder is for Knipex plier 86-03-125 to mount on to a Multiboard panel. 

This is a remix of @Reyk 's model - changes made

- resized the holder to fit the 86-03-125 Knipex plier.

- upgraded the multiboard snap to a moderate weight bearing snap.
