Assembly Instructions – Nutter Butter Cookie Keychain

Parts Included:
• 2x Yellow Cookie Halves
• 2x White Pegs
• 1x White Cream Center with Keyring Hole
Tools Recommended:
• Precision hobby knife (for support removal or peg cleanup if needed)
• Super glue (for permanent assembly)

Step-by-Step Assembly:

 

• Prep the Parts:
After printing, check the peg holes and posts for any slight overhangs or artifacts. Use a hobby knife to gently clean them up if needed, as shown in the images.

 

• Insert Pegs into Cookie Half:
Take one of the yellow cookie halves and firmly insert the two white pegs into the holes. The fit should be snug (see second image). If it's too tight, slightly trim the pegs.

 

• Attach the Cream Center:
Slide the center white piece over the two pegs. Align it so the keyring loop is in the desired position.

 

• Close the Cookie:
Press the second yellow cookie half onto the other side of the pegs, completing the sandwich shape. Apply even pressure until flush.

• Glue for Durability:
If you want a permanent bond, add a small drop of glue inside each hole before inserting the pegs. Be careful not to use too much.

• Add Your Keyring:
Attach the metal keyring through the loop on the cream center. You're done!
