Bambu Lab X/P - Interior Poop Chute Cover/Seal

EDIT 26/10/2023: After some feedback, I scaled down the part to 99% and reeinforced the clips by 1.5mm to make the part fit better and have the clips stronger!

There's a big gap between the poop chute and the interior volume wall. If you look from the side, you can directly see the electronics, meaning that hot air from the printing volume will go to the electronics and also cooling air from the electronics might easily get to the printing volume. This amazing design will close that air to try and remain both zones more separated!

 

Print this in ABS, ASA or above preferably. PETG might be sufficient, but could warp overtime.

 

For install, slide the seal from top→down instead of snapping in place to avoid breaking the clips!
