Ultimate Manual Air Blower "Thompson"
Description
- Because the barbeque season has begun and you may not feel like doing anything, I present to you "Thompson", the air blower.
- Having a small reducer with a ratio of 1:60, it creates a very large air flow with just a few rotations of the hand.
- It is designed in such a way that no external parts are needed. Everything can be printed and assembled immediately.
Assembly instructions and tips
- Follow the last picture to see the order of the gears and spacers. It's very easy and intuitive.
- To assemble the case, you need the 5 screws. You will find 3 different sizes. The short one screws on the fan side, the 2 medium ones on the handle, and the 2 long ones on the gearbox cover.
- Use the crank to tighten the screws. ;)
- To make it less noisy, I recommend putting a little grease on the gears and bolts.
- That's all ;) . For any assembly or operation issues, feel free to leave a comment.
Thank you for your support and I hope it will be useful. Have fun at the barbeque!!!
Update:
1. To avoid air leaks from the bottom of the blower, the 3 parts of the housing were joined together with a longer screw.
2. The crank is 25mm longer than before.
