Better A1/A1mini Enclosure

Better faster to print modular enclosure.

 

Fully polished model, with covers, proper led trays, and service tower that allows all in one climate control inside enclosure. 

On photos something that i developed for my a1 ams, all inside, constantly dried, all heats up slightly when printing engineering filaments. 

 

Parts should be somehow compatible with previous version, but they are 3 mm thinner from inside. Corner pieces not compatible.

 

Enclosure uses methodology of brick layering to improve stiffness of whole construction. 

 

Features, led strip holder, magnetic door handles, plexi connected to plastic with nano tape instead of silicone like before (much cleaner solution), buttons on front to control service tower and LED, and also a1 additional fan for mb. 

 

Hinges are screwed in to enclosure with pc fan screws, at least 8mm long. 

 

I will prepare print profiles for a1 mini and a1 in near future.
