Magnetic poop bucket (A1/A1 mini)

The poop bucket to end all poop buckets!

Features:

• Magnetic drawer for reliable and strong connection (uses two, 4 mm x 2 mm Bambu Lab magnets). Recommend to glue them in.
• Longer life span from using magnets, as compared to using plastic notches.
• Side loading drawer for safer operation.
• Customisable: Holes, hexagon, or flat bucket.
• Easy-to-locate bucket.
• Simple design.

Assembly:

	1. (After carefully removing the supports from the model). Take one magnet from the stack.
	2. Attach the magnet to a metal ruler or flat screwdriver.   (It is recommended to glue the magnets into the holes. Use a tiny amount).   Gently but firmly the magnet into the hole.   To prevent the bucket from breaking, hold the solid rectangular bar (just where the magnet hole is) for support.
	3. Attach the stack of magnet/s over the already inserted magnet.    The magnet at the top will go into the top part in this direction.
	4. Remove the top magnet from the stack and place on a solid surface.   Gently press the top part into the magnet, applying pressure directly above the hole.
	5. Slide the top part over the side printer piece.
	6. Make sure the pins in the top part slot into the 2 holes in the printer piece.
	7. Insert bucket
	8. Done

 

Updates:

Update 1 (19/05/2025): Added 1 mm to top piece, now has tighter fit to printer piece. Added updated version for a1 printer.

For highest quality:

• Print at a slower speed. Standard is fine.

• Wait for the model to completely cool down before removing from the print bed.
