Description
This is the LATEST UPDATE 16.04.2026.
If you want more features, access the updated model at the link above. ⬆️⬆️⬆️
This version is a response to everyone who printed the previous BenchyFormers and left their feedback.
To meet your requests, I had to redesign the project using a new modeling software, as a result, several issues were fixed and the tolerances were adjusted for a perfect fit between the parts.
This version still has the original Benchy dimensions, but I will soon release a larger-scale version with further improvements.
Try this new version and help me improve it. I’m open to suggestions.

Assembly
Attention
Now the head, the neck, and the base must be assembled following the sequence below.
The leg and foot are printed in place. You can remove lint and fix any print issues with a paper knife (shown below) to move the foot easily without breaking it.
You can now insert magnets into the Wings and Legs for better fixation.
You can use D3x1 mm Round Magnet - CA014 from Maker's Supply , and the result is satisfactory.
I make these simple animations to make it easier to understand.
Recommendations:
Material: Tested with PLA, but recommended materials are PETG, ABS or ASA.
Print Configuration:
Use the Support only for the Base and Ams.
Use the Brim only for the Head and Wings: Brim larger than 8 mm for good bed adhesion.
Make sure thats the Wings touches the build Plate.
Note: Pay attention on the overhang areas, make sure that your printer is calibrated, otherwise you will some printing problems.
