This upgraded upper part for your bottle cutter enhances both durability and cutting precision. Unlike the original open-top design, this version is fully enclosed at the top, increasing structural strength and preventing flex during operation.

It features an integrated guide that separates the cut strip from the rest of the bottle immediately after the bearings. This greatly improves cut consistency, reduces the risk of partially cut strips, and helps prevent tearing. An optional screw can be added at the top to ensure that the remaining bottle body is effectively pushed away from the cutting path.

As the cut approaches the curved bottom of the bottle, the strip naturally finishes and detaches cleanly, preventing any manual pulling and reducing the risk of damaging the machine by tearing the bottle.

The base is designed to fit standard 10-cent euro coins.

The model shown in the photos was printed in PET for added toughness, but other rigid filaments are also suitable.
