30oz/40oz Tumbler Handle

This handle fits the classic 30oz tumbler that I 3d modelled. Prints with no supports, but please ensure good bed adhesion. The standard model has an internal diameter 100mm/3.93in. which should fit most 30oz/40oz tumblers.

I have also included several print profiles that support different sized cups. If your size isn't there then scaling the handle in your slicer app will also work, for example if you cup has a diameter of 80mm the scaling to 80% will get the desired fit.

PRINTING TIPS:

• Material: PLA/PLA+ recommended (PETG for higher heat resistance)
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 20-25%
• Ensure good bed adhesion for best results
• Filament needed: ~60g
