Prusa Mk4 style LCD Knob to fit MK3S & MK2.5S

Design is based upon the MK4 version but built from scratch to fit on my MK2.5

I have also added a separate STL for the MK3S or printers without the D-notch spindle that have a metal split spline spindle.

I actually think this design is one of the best fitting ones I have ever tried on a Prusa, I have used many others but they usually fall off easily or are awkward to use but this one fits really well and sits at just the right height and fits on firmly.

I'm hoping that everybody else's selector shaft protrudes through the casing to a similar amount as mine. I measured 3mm from the end of the shaft to the top of the LCD cover.
