Part4_V2_Stiffener&Screws_fix0909, due to the incorrect version being used previously, the last and shortest stiffener was 3mm too long, which prevented the tail from being assembled properly. This has now been corrected.
Simple Wall Mount, fine-tuned the shape and hole diameter for compatibility with the split handle.
----2025.7.3 Update to version 2.0. There have been significant changes, the detailed description is as follows:
Two additional handles have been added, bringing the total length to 226 cm.
The internal structure has been completely redesigned to ensure that it won't break even without glue when printed in PETG.
All the parts need to be reprinted.

Part1_V2_Head&Tail Slightly modified the shape, optimized the internal cavity, enhanced the printing speed, added the stiffener hole.
Part2_V2_Blade Surface detail repair, added the stiffener hole.
Part3_V2_Handle Remove the threads and change to a two-piece direct insertion design, with horizontal printing. This significantly increases strength, boosts printing speed, reduces the poops, loss a bit of some surface engraving details; the dragon scale part is enlarged and reshaped to enhance the feel.
Part4_V2_Stiffener&Screws The stiffeners have been changed to 100% infilling, and dovetail locks have been added. Now they interlock with the handle, the head, and the tail. Even without glue, they will not come loose. To accommodate the total assembly errors caused by the high shrinkage rate of some filaments, there is a replacement stiffener without the dovetail of the tail in Plate 4, which need to be glued to ensure stability.
Version 1.0 is now discontinued due to its insufficient strength. If you are halfway through the printing process, please message me to get all the files.
----2025.6.6 Added line sketch and a color template PDF (see attached, open in Photoshop for editing, includes multi-color and single color) for those who struggle with colors to preview.
----2025.5.26 Added Simple Wall Mount, it is recommended to use PETG, 1 piece is enough, stuck in the handle near the head, can be fixed to the wall with M3x30 or M3.5x30 self-tapping screws or strong glue, so that the blade can be placed vertically.

Fix of Part1_Head&Tail, added a hole in middle of the tail, added a new tail stiffener, just glue and insert it directly, significantly increases the z strength of the tail, reducing the risk of accidental breakage.

----2025.5.23 Added Part2_Blade_SplitColor profile, significantly faster compared to multicolor printing, glue is needed and due to the minimal contact surface, it is recommended to glue the plate although I've added a lot of brims. The gold piece layer height preset to 0.12, otherwise the layer pattern is too obvious.
Now there are 3 Blade profiles: ①OneColor - fastest, need to paint; ②SplitColor - slower, no need to paint, need glue; ③MultiColor - very slow if you don't use H2D.

In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Guan Yu‘s weapon, the Green Dragon Crescent Blade.
A whole new design, forged to seize generals' heads amidst armies of millions.
Total length: 180cm, not compatible with A1 mini.
Similar to my other large models, I have divided the model into 4 parts for future tweaking and updating, and I recommend printing them in Part1-Part4 order.
Both the blade and handle are fully optimized for dual-color printing. For multi-color jobs, using the H2D will reduce print time by over 50%.
About Print Profile:
All pieces have passed the non-glued plate test.
All profiles are pre-supported and can be printed directly.
Ignore all reported errors, just to support multi-color printing, some models have overlapping surfaces.
Both PLA and PETG can be finished with no significant difference, except that PETG is recommended for durability considerations.
Part2_Blade and Part3_Handle all use custom supports, which dramatically improves print times and almost completely eliminates the wobbly grain that is bound to be present in fine tall parts. If you don't like custom supports, you can remove them by splitting the object in Bambu Studio, which is not recommended.
About Assembly：
See attached assembly guide for installation sequence, no screw or glue needed in default.
The blade and handle require flush trimming of all support contact points, as they may interfere with assembly.
This time, the stiffener optimises the over-tightening problem that existed in Frostmourne so that there is a very small gap between it and the shell, which leads to damage if too much force is applied to the connection between the handle and the dragon head, which is more load-bearing. So if you, like me in the video, intend to take the head of the general in a million armies, you will need to use a soft glue (such as UHU) for the stiffener so that there is no gap between it and the handle shell, which will ensure safety.
About Color：
Color references are preset in all profiles.
Three colors in total, bronze, black iron and silver, see the photos for exact coloring.
If you are doing multi-color printing, I recommend Bamboo PLA Iridium Gold Metallic, PLA Iron Gray Metallic, PLA Basic Silver, and there is also a multi-color print version in the Photos and Video, it looks great, too.
