This 3D-printable pill popper is a compact, ergonomic tool designed to make removing large pills from blister packs easier. Built to handle capsules the size of DayQuil or NyQuil, it removes the frustration from accessing your medication.

Designed to fit large pills like DayQuil/NyQuil

Easy grip for precise, controlled pressure

Printed flat to avoid supports

Flexible construction for gentle use

How to Use:

Align the pill cavity under the center opening

Press down firmly and evenly

Pill will pop cleanly through the foil without crushing

Print Settings:

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 10–15% (for added strength)

Material: PETG recommended but PLA works fine

Supports: Not required

Really important for good results: PRINT THE FIRST LAYER REALLY SLOWLY
