Snap-Fit Modular Vial Box – holds five 3 ml bottles (perfect for peptides)

Need a tidy way to store or transport 3 ml vials? I designed this snap-close, snap-open box that clicks shut with a satisfying thunk and expands sideways with mini inserts. Every box has pre-cut insert slots, so you can chain as many as you like into a tidy rail.

Key features

• 🧩 Modular: join multiple boxes using the supplied insert clip.
• 🔐 Secure snap: prints as one piece—hinge and latch are built in.
• 📐 Two build plates included:
  • Regular PLA profile (standard dimensions)
  • PLA Silk profile (slightly enlarged to offset silk shrinkage)
• 🪛 No supports | 0.2 mm layer height | 15 % infill (Grid)
• Fits most 3 ml glass or plastic vials—check model dims before slicing.

Print tips

1. Orient flat on the bed; logo faces up for a clean top layer.
2. PLA Silk needs slower walls (≤35 mm/s) for a crisp sheen.
3. Snap the latch a few times after cooling—hinge loosens to a smooth action.
