Description

Min. height 60 mm

Max height 105 mm

Easy print and just press the board into the base and it's ready.

I set print by object method because different layer heights and ironing.

V1: no outer frame, 1 filament change (see the picture)

V2: has external frame, 5 filament change (see the picture)

Bulid plate 1

Main item + Inner rod

0,16 mm layer height

Print by objects

Minimal support only for magnet hole

If you need more adhesion turn on brims.

Build plate 2

Board

0,2 mm layer height

Ironing on top surfaces (I set 30mm/s and 30% (I think the correct setting depends on the printer and the type of filament)

Boost MeBoost me if you like it! Thank you! ;)

An 8x2 mm magnet can be placed in the bottom.

On a flat surface, push the magnet in to make it nice and flat. Minimal superglue can go into the hole, but it's not necessarily necessary.

If you spray a little PTFE or similar lubricant inside the thread, the rod will rotate much better.

If for some reason the thread is tight (although there is really no chance of this), it is recommended to print the rod with a layer height of 0.12.

High-speed printing is not recommended due to fine details.

It probably won't work if resized.

Check out my other uploads and download and print them. ROG, Nvidia, Aorus, AMD, TUF, Sapphire, Intel, Inno 3d. Ryzen and many more.

!!! Make sure the print speed and temperature and cooling are set correctly for your printer and the filament you are using. And the build plate should be clean. !!!
