Italian License Plate Keychain with your name

This is a keychain in form of an Italian License Plate / Number Plate, with my friend's names, I made for a party so I thought to share them since are a lot of names. I engineered this design after a lot of retries: in previous designs the keyring attachment was weak and the white part detached from the frame. I enhanched the design making the frame (black part) slightly overlap around the perimeter on top of the white plate and then I reinforced the ring attachment so this keychain is strong and durable. In my previous design I included the yellow circle in the right blue part but, honestly, I didn't like it so I removed it.

Anyway it's needed to use PETG or a stronger filament: remember PETG is higly igroscopic so proper dry your filaments first than print with them!

Using PLA is not reccomendend since this kind of keychain is usually used for car keys and then it's subject to sunlight and to be stressed in pockets. 

I used a 0.4 nozzle and top surfaces ironing. Best results can be achieved using a 0.2mm nozzle. Do not remove the purge tower!

I included various names as separate printing profiles (unfortunately I haven't take pictures for all of them since I gifted them to my friends, but all profiles are the same -identical- design, only the top writing use different letters/numbers!
